ESTATE CONSIGNMENT SALES
There are times when a conducted onsite estate sale is not an option for our clients. If you live in a gated community, an area with parking issues, in a condo, have items in a storage facility or are still living in your home and do not want to have a public sale - then a consignment sale off site may be an option for you.
We have 2 beautiful furniture & home decor showrooms in St. Charles. At these locations, we
accept on consignment: Contemporary and traditional furniture pieces that are in current style,
select unique antique & vintage pieces, decor pieces (lamps, mirrors, rugs, floral arrangements, seasonal, etc), artwork, fine jewelry, better costume & designer jewelry, crystal, sterling silver and many types of collectibles. (most collectibles will be handled through eBay consignment).

Each of our sales are showcased online so our estate sale attendees can view items before the sale and plan for the event. We never pre-sell items, so our customers know that what we advertise will be offered for sale when we open

APPRAISALS
(Due to time constraints, we are not currently providing written appraisals)
Christine Acosta, C.A.G.A & Cesilio Acosta, C.A.G.A are certified personal property appraisers and active members of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America. Appraisals can be conducted for individual items, collections, antiques and partial or whole estates as needed. We work on an hourly rate or flat rate fee depending on the project.
